Hi, I’m Kristal!
I began my official career in real estate in 2021 as an agent. However, a love of home and real estate has been part of my story for much of my life.
Having lived in five states by the time I was 23, I learned a thing or two about buying and selling houses. I experienced how the home buying or selling process could feel completely different from one house to the next—and how specific agents left a lasting impression on me to this very day.
After 15 years in sales and marketing, including a decade spent in sales, training, and marketing for a high-end home appliance company, I finally began my career in real estate. In these amazing 4.5 years, I’ve had the privilege of shaping that experience for first-time home buyers, empty nesters, and military families. And I’ve loved every moment of it.
Upon our family’s relocation to South Carolina, I was called to a new adventure in real estate, focused on helping like-minded agents level up their businesses by taking on the behind-the-scenes details and letting them spend their mental and physical energy where it matters most—with their people.
Having walked in your shoes, I understand how demanding real estate can be—the constant juggling of clients, showings, negotiations, and then all the contract-to-close work on top of it. It's overwhelming, and it doesn't have to be.
